Flow 1 - Austria
The first flow, concerns 10 participants that are directly linked with the VET and has a duration of 5 days. The host institution is Dkommer IKPE.

Thematic Axis 1: Aromatic / Medicinal Plants
The mobilities are intended to benefit participants in their professional lives through the acquisition of knowledge, skills, behaviors and experiences.
The mobility will take place during the period 22-28 of November 2015 in Austria. The training will last 7 days (including travel days). The training of the staff will take place daily between 09:00 and 13:45 (5 hours/day).
The program includes working visits (2 days) and lectures (3 days). It also includes four (4) cultural activities.
Flow 2 - Italy
The second flow involves 10 participants as learners in VET and has a duration of 14 days. The host institution is the Provincia di Catanzaro.
The mobility will take place during the period 6 - 21 of March 2016 in Italy. The training will last 14 days (excluding travel days). The training will take place daily between 08:45 and 13:45 (5 hours/day).
The program includes working visits (4 days) and lectures (6 days). It also includes four (4) cultural activities.
The weekends include cultural activities and actions of acquaintance local traditions and population.
The selection of participants will be based on specific criteria and specifications which are:
-the educational background / specialization related to the topic
-the relevant experience and the active involvement as trainers
-previous training (or certification) to related objects
-interest in participating in the project
-the employment in VET
-knowledge of the english language at least
-EUROPASS CV
The program covers all travel costs, accommodation, food and all kinds of planned activities for all the participants. Also provided full insurance coverage.
